Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. As long as we have secure entry instructions (door code, key, etc.), you don’t need to be present.
Can you clean on the same day I move?
Yes, if availability permits. We recommend booking early, especially at the beginning and end of the month.
Is the service available if the home has no utilities?
Unfortunately, no. Power and water must be on for proper cleaning and safety.
What’s the difference between this and Deep Cleaning?
Move-In / Move-Out is for empty homes and includes interiors of appliances, cabinets, closets, and more.
Deep Cleaning is for occupied homes and focuses on detailed cleaning without moving personal belongings.
