Our Cleaning Policy

Introduction

At The GlintPro Cleaning Services, our mission is to deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning with honesty, care, and professionalism.
To ensure transparency and a consistently exceptional experience, we’ve outlined our service policies below.
By booking with us, you agree to these terms — designed to protect both our clients and our team while guaranteeing an excellent result every time.

1. Service Description

Every home is unique, and so are your cleaning needs. That’s why we offer customizable cleaning packages — whether you need routine maintenance or a detailed deep clean.
Our pricing is transparent and based on the service you select and the tasks included in our cleaning checklist.

Price Adjustments

Rates may be adjusted if the booking details don’t accurately reflect the condition of the property.
For example, if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in over 45 days and you select a regular cleaning, our team may recommend a custom service to ensure the best results.

What’s Not Included

While our services are comprehensive, certain tasks fall outside our standard packages.
If you need additional or specialized cleaning beyond our checklist, please contact us so we can offer a tailored solution.

Cleaning Products

If you prefer specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to provide them.
Otherwise, we can supply all necessary products for an additional fee, which will be communicated prior to your service.

Accurate Home Information

To ensure fair and accurate pricing, please provide the correct number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and other relevant details when booking.
Our flat-rate pricing is based on this information and includes all tasks in our cleaning checklist.

Customized Options

Need extra attention in certain areas or want to exclude specific rooms? We offer fully personalized cleaning plans.
Additional fees may apply if detailed work or pre-clean organization is required.
For pricing purposes, any enclosed room — such as offices, guest rooms, or storage areas — is counted as a bedroom.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority.
If something was missed during your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to re-clean the affected areas at no extra cost.

Please do not attempt to clean it yourself — our follow-up visit ensures the issue is properly addressed.
While we do not offer refunds, our re-clean process is designed to resolve concerns quickly and effectively.

Please note that heavy wear, permanent damage, or long-term neglect may not be fully reversible in a single visit and may require ongoing treatments for best results.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To avoid any fees, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

Cancellation / Reschedule Fees 

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 35% of the total service cost

 

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the total service cost

 

Access to the Property

If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time — due to locked doors, missing keys, entry refusal, or building access issues — a fee of 50% of the service total will apply, as the time slot was reserved exclusively for you. 

We appreciate your cooperation — it helps us maintain a smooth schedule and deliver timely service to all clients.

4. Recurring Service Policy

At The GlintPro Cleaning Services, we value your commitment. The first cleaning is billed at the standard rate, while recurring services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) receive a discounted price. 

To maintain your discounted rate, services must stay on schedule: 

  • If a biweekly cleaning is skipped, the next service will be charged at the monthly rate. 
  • If service intervals extend to three weeks or more, pricing will adjust to the appropriate tier. 
  • Any interval beyond four weeks will revert to the one-time full rate. 

 

This policy helps us maintain consistency and deliver the high-quality results our clients expect.

5. Annual Rate Adjustments

To uphold our service standards and ensure fair wages for our dedicated team, The GlintPro Cleaning Services reviews and adjusts rates annually. 

A 6% adjustment will be applied on your service anniversary date. This allows us to: 

  • Invest in professional-grade cleaning products and equipment 
  • Support fair compensation and continuous training for our staff

6. Non-Solicitation Policy

We invest heavily in hiring, training, and supporting our professional cleaning team.
To protect this investment, clients are asked not to hire or solicit any member of the The GlintPro Cleaning Services staff for personal cleaning arrangements outside of our company. 

If a client chooses to directly hire a team member outside our services, a $5,000 referral fee will apply.
This policy maintains fairness, respect, and the integrity of our working relationships.
